Je vous recommande a 1000% , c'est dépaysant ! En ce qui concerne le bruit, no stress. Des boules Quies la nuit si vous avez le sommeil léger et c'est tout. Les restaurants aux alentours sont super et l'hôte Emmanuel sera ravi de vous conseiller , c'est quelqu'un de super et très arrangeant, il sera attentif à vos demandes. N'hésitez pas !

Vraiment merci ,Emanuel est au TOP du TOP nous sommes arrivés en retard ,il nous a attendu ,sur les commentaires on lui reproche souvent le bruit des alentours ,nous on a trouvé ce petit bateau idéalement bien placé il y a un peu le bruit de la musique mais rien qui vous empêchera de dormir, l'eau vous berce le rêve !!! merci pour votre gentillesse nous reviendrons . Vous pouvez y aller sans crainte .

Se ami essere cullato dalle onde e riposarti è il posto che far per te; un piccolo porto con molti locali.... buon cibo e buon bere. Se hai qualche problema con i rumori notturni basta mettere i tappi... ma ne vale veramente la pena...

Emanuel est vraiment adorable et très attentionné. Il veille à ce que tout se passe bien! L'emplacement du bateau est idéal et la vue imprenable sur le pont et le Christ. Les quais sont très agréable. La nuit est un peu bruyante mais ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Pour finir deux arrêts suffisent pour être au centre. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons sans hésitation!!

The boat is in a great location, near a supermarket, restaurants, night life, and metro stop all within 5-10 minutes walking. We had a nice stay on Emmanuel's boat, something everyone should try once! The docks have been renovated with a lot of bars and restaurants (and a night club) which makes it a great place to have a drink by the harbor and spend I nice evening! Emmanuel is a very good and available host that we recommend, he welcomed us well and explained to us everything we needed to know. He also gave us tips on what to do and what to see around the docks and in Lisbon. Thank you for everything !

Emanual was such a nice and friendly host. He went out of his way to make sure my experience staying on his lovely boat was the best it possibly could be. He told me when I arrived about a club across the marina that stays open late and that some of his previous guests had found it loud. I used some ear plugs and slept great every single night. I will definitely be staying on his boat again. Such a lovely man

If you are looking for an original of the grid accommodation this is a very good option. For very little money feel like a king at a central marina surrounded by elegant bars and restaurants. The place is alive. The boat will cover your basic needs plus you can sunbathe and eat outdoors. There is also a very convenient supermarket within walking distance, there you will find all you need plus some home made dishes ready to take to the boats. Soups are especially good. The is a TRAM that will take you in 11 minutes to the city centre of Lisbon. Enmanuel is extremely helpful and will go out of his way to help you out. I had a wonderful time there and will surely repeat in my next trip to Lisbon.

Hyper agréable de se faire un petit apéro sur le bateau et de se faire bercer par l'eau toute la nuit! Il faut quand même noter le bruit, bien que nous nous y soyons très rapidement habitué, le pont du 25 avril reste bruyant, et la boîte de nuit en face également. L'endroit est cependant ravissant, et la proximité avec le LX factory est top! Tout autant pour les bars/restaurants que pour les boutiques! Merci Emmanuel pour votre accueil qui était parfait! Et pour les petits détails auxquels vous avez pensé!

Emanuel' place is great! Enough space for the 3 of us. it can be a little far from city center, so be prepared to walk a bit. However the view is amazing.

Fue una estancia diferente e inesperada pues nunca habíamos dormido en un Yate. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y no faltaba detalle, la cama muy cómoda y Emanuel un excelente anfitrión pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el ruido que allí se forma por las noches ya que hay una discoteca enfrente y están hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

We enjoyed the time on the boat. It was clean, had everything we needed (wifi, electricity, sheets / towels / access to showers, coffee maker....). Emanuel was waiting for us when we found the pier a little late, and showed us everything and gave us some great tips for places to see and great restaurants. We had the luck that no visitor was coming the next day, thus it was no problem for us to leave our suitcases on the boat until the afternoon. Even though I didn`t expect quietness, it was a little loud. The ropes and buoyes make noise, but especially the nightclub across the pier could be heard until at least 4am. I would strongly recommend taking earplugs, and you should know that sleeping on a boat takes time getting used to. I would still recommend going, and was very happy about the communication and tips of Emanuel!
